Polsingslijm voor de vervaardiging van optische lenzen
Beschrijving
Polsingslijm voor de vervaardiging van optische lenzen is voornamelijk op basis van cerium-oxide, vanwege hun superieure efficiëntie en vermogen om gladde, gebrekvrije en helder oppervlakken te produceren.
De keuze van de slurry is sterk afhankelijk van het lensmateriaal (glas versus plastic), de fase van polijsten (ruwe versus uiteindelijke afwerking) en de vereiste oppervlaktekwaliteit.
Cerium-oxide (Ceria) -slib: de industriestandaard voor de meeste optische en oftalmische glazen lenzen.
Mechanisme:Ceria biedt een unieke chemisch-mechanische polijsactie die materiaal snel verwijdert en een uitstekende afwerking achterlaat.
Voordelen:Hoge polijstefficiëntie, snelle verwijderingspercentages en een superieure oppervlaktekwaliteit (laag verspreidingspercentage/vrij van strepen).
