Product Overview
Our high-purity lanthanum oxide powder is specially developed as a rare earth functional additive for strontium ferrite permanent magnet production. This grade satisfies TREO not less than 98.5%, with customisable particle size to match dry pressing, pre-sintering and final sintering processes of ferrite magnets. Doping a proper amount of La₂O₃ modifies the crystal lattice of strontium hexaferrite, optimises magnetocrystalline anisotropy and effectively improves coercivity, remanence and maximum energy product of finished hard ferrite. It suppresses abnormal grain growth during high-temperature sintering, narrows grain size distribution and reduces internal defects that weaken magnetic performance. Low impurity design avoids the negative influence of harmful elements on magnetic domain movement.
